You come to your senses slowly, seated on a comfortable pillow of bright red velvet. A look around will tell you that you are in a tent of sorts that is currently functioning as a temple. Ylang ylang incense burns for the statue of a woman fashioned out of some kind of red marble. A voice in your head tells you that this is the goddess Abhiruca. Her equals, Ceannasach and Cuiristeach have brought you to Parthas, but Abhiruca says that she is here to guide you on the path of the righteous.
What is Parthas? Parthas is paradise! You have either been brought here because Ceannasach believes you contribute to your world in some glorious way and deserve to be honored and served or because Cuiristeach believes that you would be excellent in a service role, perhaps they even feel sorry for the state of your life back home and want to show you something better.
The deities here also brought you because they need lik which is the energy that allows them to exist. Lik is created in small amounts when you interact with other people, in greater amounts when you grow fond of certain people, and in greater still amounts when you begin to use physical affection. However, when you orgasm, that creates the purest form of lik there is.
Ceannasach and Cuiristeach reward you in a special way. When you have sex with your soulmate or your hjarta, your vördr, or spirit, leaves your body in a time-frozen moment to commune with the deities and ask for something big or small that you might like. Sex carries on as usual and only you will know that you asked for something. If you ask to be sent home, the deities will send you into a hyperaroused state when you least expect it. Hey, you offended them.
The deities also believe you should know of something they have placed in Parthas for your benefit. There is a river in a valley in the middle of housing that will give and take anything if you should so wish. This can mean an injury, sadness, a memory or anything else, but be careful because this river runs on fickle magic.
As the incense continues to burn, you become aware of a new power of yours. You can hear any thought that any other person sends your way, even ones sent accidentally, and you can see images and moving pictures as well. Don’t limit yourself to one person! Send that thought to everyone!
Left with the knowledge the deities gave you, and the strangest sense that one or more of them may have malicious intent, you are left to your own devices in the tents of East City. Worship Abhiruca here or perhaps visit the markets. If you are charming or sneaky enough to get into the Queen’s entertainment tent, you will see wondrous performers and feast on amazing foods. It’s an adventure any way you look at it.

On this particular night, the Queen’s aerial silk performers are sick with heat stroke. She hates to be bored and Captain Ivar has made a bargain with her to earn you a place to stay during the brutal heat wave that has settled over the desert city. The Queen wants dancers. She doesn’t care if you dance with a partner or alone, but she wants to watch you. You will have the finest drummers and sitar players from all around to provide your music.Bailamos Tonight we dance like no tomorrow, if you will stay with me
South City boasts the finest automobile dealership and it’s owned by none other than the stand-up citizen himself Henry Lee. He’ll sell you a jalopy for a low, low price that’ll get you to and from work or you could buy a true gem of a car and even try off-road driving. It’s a sunny day and there’s nothing but blue skies above South City, so Mr. Lee is offering free test drives and free fruit punch to anyone who stops in. Careful with that fruit punch, though. Like so many things in Parthas, it’s been tainted by the aphrodisiac apples.Drive My Car Beep-beep, beep-beep, yeah!
Fairies. They can be such a handful. All they want to do is spread their mischief! In the woods just outside of North City, the fairies have taken to casting glamors on unsuspecting passersby. People walking through these woods may come across complete strangers and see them as people near and dear to them. Will you see someone you’ve been missing like crazy or someone you’ve been trying to avoid like crazy?
West City is a stereotypical beach town. If you were born here you were born to chill. It’s nice to hang out somewhere so peaceful and the fresh seafood is great. However, lately, there’s been a rare algae bloom and everyone has been affected. If you eat the fish, swim in the ocean or get splashed by the water when you’re out on one of the many impressive boats the city has to offer, you might find yourself feeling strange. The symptoms that accompany algae bloom sickness include mild euphoria, some dizziness and an urge to connect with those around you. At least it’s not the Red Tide, right?
